Westholme are teaming up with five of Sydney's most exciting venues to bring you a mouthwatering, awe-invoking dining experience like no other. Dine out on Westholme's world-renowned wagyu across each restaurant's carefully curated wagyu tasting menus.

Westholme and Lana are teaming up for a playful, lively dining experience featuring our premium Australian wagyu infused into a menu inspired by Italian and Asian cuisine. Executive Chef Alex Wong has crafted a menu featuring smoked wagyu rump cap 'tonnato' and saffron tortelli with braised wagyu cheek. This menu is one not to be missed. With a penchant for peppering Italian staples with a diverse range of flavours, Alex Wong has developed a reputation for being one of Sydney’s most innovative chefs. Since launching Lana at Hinchcliff House for House Made Hospitality in 2020, Alex has been named a finalist in Gourmet Traveller’s Best New Talent in 2022 and led Lana to the shortlist as Gourmet Traveller’s Best New Restaurant in the same year plus achieved a SMH Good Food hat for the restaurant.

Poetica has partnered with Westholme to bring you the one-off Wagyu dinner, using their premium cuts of Wagyu that are cooked perfectly over the hearth of our Josper grill. Head chef Connor Hartley-Simpson and his talented team will plate up 3 dishes of the very best cuts of wagyu, including Raw beef with oyster and sour onions, Woodfired Brisket as well as Cote de Boeuf. These dishes will be plated up alongside a selection of fresh organic dishes including broad bean salad with ricotta and pickled lemon and Radicchio with crispy onions and gouda to balance the flavours across your meal.
This dinner event will be enjoyed by those who love good food and unique experiences.

Enjoy Australia's finest Wagyu at The Charles one-night only event with Westholme Wagyu. This one-night only event features a choice of premium Wagyu cuts, which highlights the quality of Westholme Wagyu in bespoke menu items created by Head Chef Billy Hannigan.
At this dinner a decadent three course menu awaits you, with dishes such as steak and anchovy tartare, Ravioli of short rib and smoked potato butter and Le Charles Grand Wellington with Sauce bordelaise. Finish your meal with a delicious mille-feuille designed by our Head Pastry Chef Rhiann Mead.

Recapturing the convivial spirit which made the Pavilion a cornerstone of the community back in the 70s, Promenade Bondi Beach offers all-day dining from their Dining Room restaurant and ocean-facing terrace, Front Yard Bar, as well as snacks and takeaway coffee from the Kiosk.
Inspired by the textures, colours and sensations of the Pavilion and the natural forms of the coastal landscape around it, they’ve designed a casual, elegant space to welcome everyone from sunrise to sunset and beyond so you can go from beach to breakfast, or straight to the bar – just dust off the sand and step inside.
