The genetic lineage of these cattle traces back to three founding sires who were imported to Australia in the late 90s and became the foundation of our entire Wagyu herd. Over the past few decades we’ve refined our native grass grazing and grain-finishing programs to create a truly pure Wagyu product that retains versatility as well as depth of flavour while. maintaining characteristically rich and abundant marbling.
