Our cattle only forage on native grasses, plants, and seasonal legumes found on our rangelands which creates a flavour profile not typically associated with Wagyu. Every bite imparts a deeply familiar beef flavour with herbaceous tasting notes and a finish that’s unmistakingly Westholme.
Roaming free across our territory for a minimum of 5 years, our teams only tend to our cattle for medical checks and to monitor grazing patterns-ensuring the land has time to regenerate and flourish for years to come.
